As Director of Operations at Regional Home Sales, LLC., Keith spearheaded all aspects of operations within the real estate sector, overseeing purchase and sale processes, closings, and the management of diverse real estate assets, including manufactured and mobile homes. His strategic initiatives and strong client relationships were instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency, establishing him as a trusted leader in the industry.
Keith has served as a Board Member and President of the Still Creek Board of Directors for fifteen years, demonstrating his dedication to social responsibility and community development.

Joseph Doucet is an experienced professional with over 15 years of extensive managerial and customer service experience, showcasing a remarkable track record of success across various industries.
Having managed million-dollar annual budgets with precision and foresight, he has consistently exceeded expectations. In his role as Property Manager at Retreat and Clear Leaf Apartments, Joseph managed a significant $3.2 million budget while overseeing a diverse team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of 324 units by implementing strategic initiatives that enhanced occupancy rates and elevated tenant satisfaction.
Before this, Joseph served as the property manager at West University Gardens, where he spearheaded a range of initiatives that resulted in a notable increase in occupancy rates from 89% to an impressive 99%. His multifaceted responsibilities included budget management, vendor coordination, staff training, and tenant relations, all of which contributed to the property’s overall success.
During his tenure as Operations Director at Aerofit Health and Fitness Clubs, he successfully created and managed a youth racquetball summer program, showcasing his dedication to both professional excellence and community enrichment.
